ROAD TO IR...WAY TO GO ENGINEERS..

Malaysia masih kekurangan Professional Engineer (PE) esp bile hanya 13k PE sahaja di Malaysia and x sampai separuh pun kaum Melayu! Buat pengetahuan semua, PE mempunyai access utk mengubah codes/standards engineering di Malaysia. So, skg ni majority kaum yg dominate IEM is chinese, faham2 je la. We will never over their flagship as they control all market opportunities.
What to do to utk Graduates (Engineering)?
1- Register dengan Board of Engineer (BEM) as Graduate Engineer.

2- Bayaran RM50 utk sekali sahaja...
3- Syarat2 nya...
As UIA nye batch 2003-2007 dah di accredited/recognised by EAC so processing time x makan mase yg lame.
Kenapa wajib daftar?
- Jawatan engineer skg ni org bukan engineering line pun dpt designation as engineer. Kira BEM ni differentiate and certify you'll truly engineer.
- Minimum syarat utk apply IR (sebutannya Insenyur) dikira dari tarikh anda daftar dengan BEM. so x gune gak you'll keje 20-30years w/o register dgn BEM sebab u ev to start from beginning.
Later, utk 2nd stage "Road to Ir".
1- register dengan IEM as Graduate Member. Form download di
2- IEM akan check dgn BEM status registration before they accept registration form.
3. Untuk details tentang Ir nye route, pls download this form
Lastly, kalau berjaya register utk BEM and IEM...bule la letak title as below dkt mane2 korg g esp dlm bisnes card.
